How does a digital planner work?

A digital planner is a digital version of a traditional paper planner. It is a PDF that is designed to be used in a note-taking app like Goodnotes, Noteshelf, or Notability.

You can use these apps on your iPad or Android tablet and then write on your planner using a stylus like the Apple Pencil.

All Templayte digital planners mimic the look of traditional planners, but with fun and creative features for the ultimate planner experience.

Why should I use a digital planner?

Digital planners are a trending product and they are becoming increasingly popular in the tech world. They offer the convenience of being highly editable in contrast to paper planners.

In addition, there are many benefits of storing all of your notes in one place, and being able to easily sync information across many devices while you're out on the go.

What apps is it compatible with?

Templayte products are compatible with Apple, Android, and Microsoft devices.

All of our products are compatible with iPads/tablets and desktop/laptop computers.

The digital planners are designed to be used with any PDF annotation app.

Compatible apps for different devices:

1) iPad: GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, Xodo.

2) Android tablets: Noteshelf, Xodo.

3) Mac: GoodNotes, Adobe Acrobat, Preview.

4) PC/desktop: Adobe Acrobat, Foxit.

5) Web-based: Xodo, Kami.

*Note: Please research your preferred app first. Some are paid apps while others are free. The most popular PDF annotation app used by our customers is GoodNotes!

How are my items shipped?

Once you purchase your selected digital content from Templayte, you will be able to access your content immediately in the download section after your payment has been processed.

There are cases where the payment will take a bit of time to process and this will also affect the time taken for your file to be available to you. Simply wait a few minutes and refresh the page.

You will also receive an email with the download instructions.

What is your return policy?

We provide refunds within 30 days of your purchase as part of a consistent and reliable buying experience. Most people pursuing a refund just want to solve a problem, but sometimes the system is abused. If it appears refunds are being abused, we reserve the right to stop offering them except where legally required.

All sales are considered final, but we understand there may be extenuating circumstances. When you request a refund for these products, and depending on the purchase or content type in determining refund eligibility, we consider a variety of factors like time since date of purchase, and use of the product.

Tell us why you're requesting a refund; we use this information to improve our products and processes, and to hopefully minimize the need for future refund requests.

The refund may take a few businesses days. You may want to check with your bank to ensure the applicable payment method has been properly credited.
